Jodi Teders
My passion for creation and design began at a young age. As a child I spent much of my time building and fixing things around our farm. I would spend hours constructing multi-room forts or using my CAD software to draw up floor plans for homes I wanted to build. I started working in the Real Estate industry during the craze of 2008 while living in Los Angeles, CA. As my interest and experience grew, I ventured into property management, fix and flips, and short/long term rental investments. My love for the industry continues to grow as I've been able to help more people. A house isn't just a structure to me; a home is where peace lives. The memories and relationships I've built along the way will always remain a priceless experience to me.
